We accept ₦10,000 deposit or full payment to confirm your booking. If payment is not made within 2 hours of booking, please reconfirm before paying. Failure to share your payment receipt results in automatic cancellation.
Please note that all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Kindly verify availability before making payments.
Clients may cancel appointments 24–48 hours in advance. Missing an appointment without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of deposits.
Clients have a 10–15 minute grace period. Every additional 15 minutes late attracts a ₦5,000 lateness fee. After 50 minutes, appointments are marked as "No Show."
